Graphic Artist's Guild Pricing and Ethics Guide

The newest edition of the Graphic Artist's Guild's classic "Pricing and Ethical Guide" features a chapter on contracts and their terminology written by founding Contract Committee chairpersons Bud Peen and Kate Godfrey. With a massive new influx of all-rights contracts flooding the market, Bud and Kate felt illustrators and designers needed a little help understanding client's contracts and creating contracts of their own.

Bud and Kate have also lectured on contract issues, including a main room presentation at the Illustrator's Conference in Santa Fe.
